Kir Royal is a charming property located 5 minutes from the bay of St-Jean.
Entirely renovated, the house offers you all the modern comforts you could want but has maintained but has kept its Caribbean style and authenticity.
Between the luxurious vegetation and the crystal blue waters of the St-Jean bay, you can see the famous Eden Rock.
A short distance from the villa is the restored and rehabilitated “Etang de St. Jean” which is a bird reserve where you can often see the migrating birds taking a break before continuing their journey. A walking path around the “pond” allows you to see them up close.

For your moments of relaxation, the outside promises you moments of tranquility on the sunny terrace or in the shelter of the shady patio.
For swimming, you will have the choice between the coolness of the pool or the whirlpool of the jacuzzi.
The interior is just as pleasant and very bright.
The crisp white of the walls and the tall vaulted ceilings are contrasted and complemented by wooden Caribbean style furniture and rare pieces that were collected in the 4 corners of the world.
The two large sofas offer you a moment of relaxation under the heat.

Equipped with a large television and US channels, the house gives you access to WIFI in all rooms and on all terraces and has a Bose sound system.
Next door, the open kitchen, simple and functional, is fully equipped and easily accessible from either side of the villa.
Socialize with friends in the small outdoor living room for an aperitif and seize the opportunity to taste a "kir royal", a typical French cocktail.
You can sit at the table under the covered terrace overlooking the beautiful tropical garden. You are surrounded by the frangipani trees, coconut palms and bougainvilleas while you enjoy a barbecue.
With family or friends, everyone has their privacy when it's time to retire.
