The main house includes two air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a bright and breezy living room (air-conditioned and equipped with Dish and Canal Sat TV), and a ventilated kitchen fitted with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, stovetop, hood, and dishwasher. While there is no indoor dining room, the villa boasts a large covered terrace with a table for up to 12 guests—perfect for outdoor meals by the sea.

Each bedroom in the main house features two twin beds that can be joined into a king, air conditioning, ceiling fans, portable speakers, TVs, and safes. One of the bathrooms has a separate toilet, while the other is open-plan.

To the left of the main house, the annex hosts a beautiful master suite with a king-size bed, sea and pool views, air conditioning, fan, TV, speaker, safe, and a spacious bathroom with double vanity, shower, and separate toilet.

Finally, the historic mill tower—a signature element of the property—offers a charming, independent bedroom with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, fan, TV, speaker, safe, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and non-separated toilet.

Outside, the villa invites you to relax with a private (unheated) swimming pool, a cozy outdoor lounge, a gas barbecue, and direct access to the beach—just a few steps from your terrace.
