Perched on the hills of Lurin, Villa Pasha offers a spectacular view over the bay of Saint-Jean and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean. This elegant colonial-style property blends timeless charm with modern comfort in a serene and refined setting.

The villa is composed of a main house and several annexes, offering a total of six bedrooms—including a beautiful master suite in the main house and five additional bedrooms in separate guest cottages. Ideal for families or groups of friends, each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, secure storage, and most have en-suite bathrooms for added privacy and comfort.

The master bedroom, located in the main house, features a queen-size bed, desk, walk-in closet, TV, portable speaker, and a safe. The adjoining bathroom includes a shower, double vanity, and separate toilet. Between the living room and kitchen, you'll also find a guest WC and a storage room with a safe.

The living room is ventilated and comfortably furnished, with a TV, Apple TV, and speaker system. It opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, hood, and toaster—ideal for preparing meals to enjoy with family or friends.

The outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxing and entertaining, with a large terrace hosting a table for eight, a gas barbecue, and a stunning heated pool with a lap lane, overlooking the sea.

The annexes house five additional bedrooms:

• A children’s room with bunk beds, a mezzanine sleeping area, and a small library.

• A queen-size bedroom with TV, safe, en-suite bathroom (shower, double vanity, non-separated WC), connected to another room.

• A king-size bedroom with TV, dressing room, safe, and en-suite bathroom with shower, double vanity, and non-separated WC.
