A splendid luxury villa suspended high above the bay of Anse des Cayes, the property is built on two levels and offers incredible panoramic views of the sea and the green hills of St. Barts. In fact, the house seems to revolve around the view. Starting with the large infinity pool, lined on either side with sun loungers.

A little further back, a small tropical garden is the perfect place to relax.
The architecture of the house is modern and contemporary, but the large volumes and openings to the outside add to the colonial charm.
The decor is as refined as it is uncluttered, to please everyone and allow you to make the place your own immediately.
The villa's name is inscribed on a huge mosaic fresco, a nod to the provocative, avant-garde art of Marcel Duchamp.

The six bedrooms are just like the house: spacious, comfortable and warm.
Two of them are connected and share a bathroom, ideal for a family with young children.
The other rooms all have private bathrooms.
Just 5 minutes from Gustavia, a wide wooden staircase takes you to the parking lot (which can accommodate 4 cars), for a shopping spree or a fine dinner in one of the many restaurants in the capital of St. Barts. Ideally located, the villa is close to the airport, St-Jean beach and the famous Eden Rock.
When conditions are right, you won't have to go far to surf, as the beach at Anse des Cayes is one of the island's best spots, unless you prefer a tasty lunch at the Hôtel Manapany restaurant, whose decor will leave no one indifferent.
