At this spacious villa located in Marigot, you are immediately seduced by the vastness of space on such a small island. The large lawn, perfectly maintained, is adjacent to the property and there are breathtaking views of the ocean anywhere you stand. The colonial style house can accommodate 12 people, ideal for a family or a group of friends who would like to enjoy the intimacy of a villa while taking advantage of more secluded moments in the tranquility of private spaces. Very colorful, the property is an invitation to tranquility and a change of scenery as soon as you enter. The decoration is classically Caribbean with a nod to vintage decor. It tells the story of the island through its objects, furniture, and photos carefully arranged in the villa.

The white of the frameworks as well as beautiful contemporary pieces come to sublimate the originality of the place and break with the style of yesteryear. A delightful atmosphere that also extends to the 6 rooms, each as cheerful and comfortable as the other. All equipped with air conditioning and king size beds, three of them also overlook the ocean. The green marble kitchen is very well equipped and adjoins the large living room with its gazebo and large heated pool, to be enjoyed all season long. The huge terrace gives you the opportunity to enjoy the outside during the day, sheltered from the sun, as well as at night, lulled by the trade winds and the soft melody of the tropical nature. A small paradise very protected but not far from the most beautiful beaches of the island and about twenty minutes from the capital, Gustavia, where you can go shopping, have a drink or dine in one of the many delicious restaurants of the island. On your way back, you can always continue the festivities in the famous cabaret of the island, the Ti-St Barth, temple of the party and excess.
